Section 25. Subsections ~c} and ~ f } , of Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1911, are amended and Subsection fig} thereof is repealed, to provide: 9.582 Re uired Off-Street Parkin . Off-street parking shall be provided as follows: ~c} In all other zoning districts, required parking shall be on the development site or w~th~n 1000 feet of the development site that the parking is required to serve.
