<br />amendments conform with the criteria specified in Section 9.145 of the <br />Eugene Code. <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE REFINEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The above analysis shows that the proposal to amend the text and map for the <br />Barger-Beltline development node in the adopted Bethel-Danebo Refinement Plan <br />to allow an increase from 5 acres to 15 acres for commercial use is consistent <br />with the criteria for a refinement plan amendment. The request is supported <br />by policy in the Metropolitan Area General Plan and policies and <br />implementation strategy in the adopted Eugene Commercial lands Study.
