Consideration shall be given to <br />elimination or reduction of direct access on to Hwy 99. <br />5. No access to industrial property shall be allowed from wilbur Avenue. <br />~. No parking by employees or customers of industrial uses shah be allowed on wilbur <br />Avenue. <br />7.
