Section 4.990 of the Eugene Code, 1911 i s amended by deleting <br />the reference to 4.615 to 4.650 i n Subsection ~ 1 } thereof ; by deleting Subsection <br />(3) therefrom; and by renumbering Subsections (4), (5), (6), and (7) to (3), (4), <br />(5), and (6). <br />Section 3. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concurrence <br />of the City Attorney, may admi n i stmt i vel y~ correct any reference errors contained <br />herein yr in other provisions .af the Eugene Cade, 1911 to the provisions added, <br />amended or repealed herein . <br />Section 4. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare <br />and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall <br />become effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval <br />Ordinance - 12 <br />
