<br />However, discrimination e s not an un1 awful empl ayment practice i f
<br />such discrimination results from a bona fide occupational
<br />requirement reasonably necessary to the normal operation of the
<br />employer's business.
<br />~b~ For a labor organization to exclude or expel from its
<br />membership, or otherwise to discriminate in any way against any
<br />individual:
<br />1. Because of an individual's race, religion, color,
<br />sex, national origin, marital status, fame 1 i al status, age,
<br />sexual orientation, source of income, or because an individual
<br />i s a person wi th a di sabi l i ty; or
<br />2. Because of a juvenile record that has been
<br />expunged pursuant to URS 419A.264 and 419A.262.
<br />~c} For an employer or employment agency to print or
<br />circulate, or cause to be printed or circulated, any statement,
<br />advertisement, or publication, or to use any employment application
<br />farm, or make any inquiry i n connection with prospective employment
<br />why ch expresses, d~ rectly or indirectly, any limitation,
<br />specification or discrimination, or any intent to make such
<br />1 imitation, specification or discrimination:
<br />1. Because of an individual's race, religion, color,
<br />sex, national origin, marital status, fami1 ial status, age,
<br />sexual orientation, source of income, or because an individual
<br />es a person with a disability; or
<br />2. Because of a juvenile record that has been
<br />expunged pursuant to ORS 419A.260 and 419A.262,
<br />unless based upon a bona fide occupational qualification reasonabl y
<br />necessary to the normal operation of the employer's business, or
<br />unless otherwise provided by federal law.

<br />~d} For an empl ayment agency to classify or refer for
<br />employment, or to fail or refuse to refer for employment, or
<br />otherwise to discriminate in any way against any individual:
<br />1. Because of the individual's race, religion, color,
<br />sex, Hate onal~ origin, marital status, familial status, age,
<br />sexual orientation, source of income, or because an individual
<br />is a person with a disability; or
<br />2. Because of a juveni 1 e record, that has been
<br />expunged pursuant to .ORS 419A. 260 and 419A. 262.
<br />However, i t shall not be an unlawful practice for an employment
