ORDINANCE NO.~~r~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING RESCUE MISSIONS; AMENDING <br />SECTION 9.450 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DDES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. Subsection ~d-1} of Section 9.450 of the Eugene Code, 1971 is amended <br />to provide: <br />uild~n s and U,,,,,,__ <br />9.450 Permitted B,,~~ ' ' g-~~„~~. ses. In the I-2Light-Medium Industrial District, the <br />following buildings and uses are permitted as hereinafter specifically provided, subject to the <br />general provisions, exceptions, and performance standards set forth in this ordinance. In <br />addition, those uses permitted in the I-1 district as contained in sections 9.443 and 9.444 shall <br />be permitted in the I-2 district, except restaurants, financial institutions, and non-accessary <br />offices not directly permitted in the I-2 district. When located in the I-2 district, the uses set <br />forth in section 9.444 need not be in an industrial park unless specifically required to be <br />located therein in this section, <br />~d-1 } Rescue missions in existence on January 1, 1984. Expansion <br />shall be limited to the railroad tracks on the north, Chambers Connector on <br />the west, from 600 feet of the mission's development site boundary existing on <br />January 1,1984 on the east, provided, however, that those fats identified as <br />Tax Lot 3400 on Assessor's Map 17-04-25-42 and Tax Lot 7200 on Assessor's <br />Map 17-04-25-41 shall not be used for housing or residential purposes by the <br />mission, and the alley going east-west between 1st and 2nd Avenues on the <br />
