south. The current rescue mission shall be limited to providing housing for no <br />more than 400 persons per night.. The limit of 400 shall include both single <br />adults and family members, in a ratio to be determined by the mission at its <br />sole discretion. This provision is expressly intended not to limit the mission's <br />ability to provide temporary housing above the capacity limit in emergency <br />situations for short periods of time. The mission's infirmary beds are not to <br />be included in, or affected by, this capacity limit. <br />Section 2.
