<br />THE CI'IY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, Oregon annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />August 8, 1994 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission <br />dated August 18, 1994, as bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 1000, Assessor's Map 17-04-14 1 3, located in the northern portion <br />of the River Road area, west of River Road, north of Kourt Drive, east of <br />Grove Street, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. (Peterson, Ee Ell 94-48). <br /> <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Section 2. The territory in Lane County, Oregon annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />November 9, 1994 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission <br />dated August 18, 1994, as bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 800, Assessor's Map 17-04-13 3 2, located in the north River Road <br />area, west of River Road, south of Maxwell, east of Evergreen, and more <br />particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by reference. (Shaw, EC ED 94-50). <br /> <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Section 3. The territory in Lane County, Oregon annexed to the City of Eugene on <br />August 26, 1994 by Notice of the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission <br />dated September 27, 1994, as bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Tax Lot 6300, Assessor's Map 17-04-23 4 4, located in the southern portion <br />of the River Road area, east of the Northwest Expressway and Chestnut <br />Avenue, west of Mayfair Avenue, south of Knoop Lane, and more particularly <br />described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Stimson, EC Ell 94-54). <br /> <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and River Road Parks & <br />Recreation District, effective July 1, 1995. <br /> <br />Section 4.
