<br />Warrington and Clairmont Drive in the Santa Clara region of North Eugene,
<br />and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and

<br />is hereby withdrawn from the Santa Clara Water District, effective July 1, 1995.

<br />Santa Clara area of North Eugene, north of Watson Drive, east of Scenic
<br />Drive, south of Nottingham Avenue, west of Beacon Drive, and more
