<br />Boundary Commission dated October 6, 1994, as bounded and described as follows:

<br />of Irving Road, west of Canterbury Street, and east of the
<br />Northwest Expressway in the Santa Clara area of North
<br />Eugene, and more particularly described on Exhibit L attached
