<br />Map 17-04-03-4 0, located in North Eugene near Lancaster Drive, extending
<br />to Lynbrook Drive, Dorchester Lane, and Berrywood Drive, and more
<br />particularly described on Exhibit Q attached hereto and incorporated herein
