7. change the wetland designation shown on Map 3 of the west Eugene wetlands <br />Plan from protect to future fill development} far the following sites <br />a. wetlands within and directly north of tax cots 1600 and 1700, assessor's map 17- <br />04-33-20, Sweetland Industrial Park} as shown on Exhibit 1, attached hereto. <br />b. wetlands within the portion of tax lot 2700, assessor's map 17-04-35-20, ~Shelton- <br />Turnbull} which were added to that tax lot by lot line adjustment LA 95-1, as shown on <br />Exhibit 2, attached hereto. <br />S.
