The following uses are permitted within the PAR district, and are subject to the site plan review process outlined i n sectian 9.690. For these uses, site plan approval based upon compliance with specified natural resaurce special standards from section 9.305 must be secured prior to the application for a bui 1 di ng permit for development within the NR district . The natural resource special standards specified with each use shall be applied as criteria for site plan approval for these uses . ~a} Construction of trails, boardwalks, viewing platforms, interpretive information kiosks and trail signs . Sub ject to natural resource special standards ~ i } through gym} and ~o} through ~q} of sectian 9.305.} fib} Restoration and enhancement of natural functions and values which involve displacement, excavation or relocation of more than 50 cubic yards of earth and which carry out the objectives of th i s di stri ct, including realignment and reconfiguration of channel s and pond banks.
