Conservation land <br />divisions are intended to facilitate the sale or donation of <br />val uabl a natural resource areas to pub1 i c or non-profit agencies for <br />long-term protection and management by dividing conservation areas <br />and remaining areas into separate parcels. <br />Conservation parcels are those set aside and <br />managed or protected to conserve natural resource values <br />including wildlife habitat, ecological significance, rare or <br />endangered species, water quality, and f1 and storage and <br />control. Conservatian parcels are primarily undeveloped and <br />natural. Conservatian parcels shall have no minimum standards <br />far lot area, frontage, width or depth. <br />2 .
