be voted upon by the electors of the City. <br />Section 3. The City Council orders this City election be held in the City of Eugene, <br />Oregon on the 19th day of September, 1995, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter <br />254 of Oregon Revised Statutes, and the ballots shall be counted and tabulated and the <br />results certified as provided by law. <br />Section 4. The City Retarder is directed to give not less than ten ~lU} days notice <br />of the election by publication of one ~l} notice, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />2, in the ,Register Guard, a newspaper published in the City and of general circulation within <br />the City. <br />Section 5. If approved by the voters, the proceeds from the sale of the bonds shall <br />be used to construct facilities at 2nd and Chambers (Station 2}, and at Coburg and <br />Willakenzie Road Station 6}, and to purchase equipment for those stations. <br />Section 6.
