BALLOT TITLE Emergency Medical Services and Fire Station <br />Construction <br />BALLOT QUESTION Shall City issue $19,141,410.0o general obligation <br />bonds to construct and equip new emergency <br />medical serviceslfire facilities? If the bands are <br />approved, they will be payable from taxes vn <br />property or property ownership that are not <br />subject to the limits of section 11b, Article XI of <br />the oregon Constitution. <br />BALLoT EXPLANATION If approved by the voters, this measure will <br />authorize the City to issue up to $19,141,410.00 of <br />general obligation bonds. The funds would be <br />used to construct and equip (1} an EMS1Fire <br />Station at 2nd and Chambers including, but not <br />limited to, facilities for training of public safety <br />personnel and equipment storage and <br />maintenance}, and ~2} an EMSIFire Station at <br />Coburg and '~Villakenzie Road including an <br />emergency operations center}. <br />Ballot Title - F,xhibit 1 <br />
