PUBLrC HFARIN The property owners were informed more than ten days in advance of the date of a scheduled public hearing on the final assessment. At least one person indicated an interest in attending the hearing. A hearing was scheduled, but no property owners or other interested persons appeared. No written testimony was submitted.
