P~jected <br />At the hearing on formation of the Local Improvement District following the bid opening, the <br />assessable unit casts listed below were quoted to property owners, based on the low bids <br />received prior to construction: <br />28-foot paving $ 70.44/front foot <br />36-foot paving $ 90.56/front foot <br />Sanitary sewer $ .22/square foot <br />Sanitary service $ 542.55/each <br />Storm sewer $ .32/square foot <br />5" concrete (walkway) $ 679.64/each <br />Power (EWEB) $ 1,437.50/each <br />Water (EWEB) $ 1, 812.50/each <br />Cast to City: $ I1,566.55 <br />Unit prices quoted in the poll letters ranged from $88.00 to $94.00 per front foot for paving, <br />$4.I9 to $0.23 per square foot for sanitary sewers and $650 for sanitary sewer service. <br />PUBLrC HFARIN <br />The property owners were informed more than ten days in advance of the date of a scheduled <br />public hearing on the final assessment. At least one person indicated an interest in attending <br />the hearing. A hearing was scheduled, but no property owners or other interested persons <br />appeared. No written testimony was submitted.
