eetion 2. The prohibition imposed by Section 1 above shall nat apply to the applications <br />for the tax exemption submitted by the Guard Publishing Company for the proposed project at <br />14th Avenue and High Street, Eugene, Oregon, and by Klingensmith & McRae for the proposed <br />project at 632 East 15th Avenue, Eugene, Gregor, nor to the City's "west End" project at <br />Broadway and Charnelton Street, all of which shall be processed and determinations made thereon <br />in accordance with the criteria, standards and procedures as they existed prior to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance. <br />ee ion 3.
