This renders <br />immediate access to the transit systems's service area by means of <br />both east and west arterial streets, llth and 13th Avenues, and <br />north and south access by means of the oak and Pearl arterial <br />couplets. This is an important and functional aspect of the <br />transit districts radial bus service configuration.
