Mr. Belcher suggested bringing forward infonnation created by Terry Moore of ECONorthwest several years ago regarding development issues in the downtown area. He asked for clarification on what Ms. Laurence's goal was for the public in the process. Ms. Laurence said the goal was to start with the four identified issues, and determine if there were additional issues, as well as determining a priority for the issues. ";';';';';'/-:';'. '.'.'.'.' If issues identified by the Planning Commission and City Council were not important to the busfi1ess people, there may be other areas the city should focus on.
