Charges for <br />Mfg. Home Parks are <br />based on est. imp. surface <br />area per space plus actual <br />impervious surface are of <br />additional common area. <br />Estimated non-assessable <br />cost of system-wide <br />capacity from future <br />capacity-enhancing <br />projects as contained in <br />the Stormwater SDC <br />Project List and available <br />existing stormwater <br />system capacity. . <br />Design standards currently <br />used by the City to handle <br />a Five-year storm. <br />Reimbursement fee <br />~ 47% <br />Improvement fee <br />~ 53% <br />Charges for new (all) or <br />expanding (multi-family, <br />non-residential) <br />development are basoo on <br />estimated or actual <br />impervious surface areas <br />and the total stormwater <br />unit cost per square foot. <br />Stormwater impact not <br />attributable to impervious <br />surface area will be <br />charged based on <br />equivalent surface area <br />and the total stormwater <br />unit cost per square foot. <br />
