Administrative Order - Page 2 of 2 <br />h. A privacy policy that safeguards users’ information, including personal, financial, <br />and travel information. The policy shall: <br /> <br />1. State that the applicant will safeguard a user’s personal data using <br />reasonable, industry standard security measures and will not disclose to <br />any third party a user’s name, address, financial information, travel origin, <br />travel destination, or travel route without providing notice to the user; <br /> <br />2. Provide users the opportunity to explicitly assent to any privacy policy <br />(users must have the ability to decline sharing any data not required to <br />process and complete the transaction); and <br /> <br />3.
