<br />The data in the summary tables reflect the following: <br /> <br />· Unbuildable land was identified in the 1999 Residential land and Housing Study <br />as: <br />o Floodway; <br />o In Eugene= Protected wetlands, wetland mitigation sites, and other <br />significant wetlands; <br />o In Springfield = Wetlands larger than .25 acres; <br />o land within easement of 230 KV power lines; <br />o land within 75 feet of Class A stream or pond; <br />o land within 50 feet of Class B stream or pond; <br /> <br />· Small irregular shaped lots were not included as 'unbuildable' in this analysis. In <br />the original RlS study each jurisdiction removed these lots during the adjustment <br />to the land supply. <br /> <br />· Undeveloped land includes all undeveloped residential designated acres as of <br />April 2005. <br /> <br />· Building permit records, which would subtract acres from the undeveloped land <br />totals, not forwarded to lCOG before April 2005 are not reflected in undeveloped <br />land figures. <br /> <br />· land added back or subtracted from the inventory due to Metro Plan <br />amendments has been captured unless the information was not forwarded to <br />lCOG prior to April 2005. <br /> <br />Lane Council of Governments <br />May ~005 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />
