<br />Photograph 3- is a magnified view of base of photograph 2, notable for infiltrating <br />blackberries, and the absence of water. There is no contiguous water upland to <br />this immediate area. <br />Photograph 4- is taken from Wendell Lane looking upland at area E37 Q1. Again <br />notable for rye grass, blackberries, and evidence of new sidewalk, and post <br />indicating the utility easements and underground road infrastructure. <br />Photograph 5- is a magnification of this down land area. Notable again is the <br />absence of water in this area. . <br />Photograph 6- is an example of the underground access caps, rye grass and <br />blackberries at the base of this area. <br />Photograph 7- is a view looking north at the upper most part ofE37 Ql. Again <br />illustrating tije rye grass, and massive infiltrating blackberry ingrowths. <br />5. Not met- ESEE report confirms that it is not close to its' natural state in typically <br />a vegetated state. <br />6. 'Not met- ESEE report confirms that there is no listing of threatened or <br />endangered, or considered official candidates to be listed as threatened or <br />- ~ndangered by the state or federal government. <br />7. Not met- ESEE report confirms no documented animals that are listed as <br />threatened or endangered, or considered official candidates to be listed as <br />threatened or endangered by state or federal government. <br />8. Not met- ESEE report confirms no native plant communities within the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency floodway and 100-year floodplain. <br />9. Not met- ESEE report confirms that no ecologically sifmificant areas identified by <br />local experts in the natural resource sciences. <br /> <br />Tier Two Criteria: <br />1. At the time of the inventory adoption, areas. that have been filled or substantially <br />altered to the degree that they no longer meet any of the Tier 1 criteria shall be <br />removed form the GoalS inventory. <br /> <br />ESEE Analysis Site Description 18.1. (3) -Eastern portion E 37 Q-1- East of Wendell <br />Lane-"The upper portions of the streams in E37Q (at Spring Knoll) have been greatly <br />disturbed by previous logging, and clearing for new homes and driveway crossings. The <br />corridors are very narrow, lack an over story tree layer, and invasive species, such as <br />Armenian blackberry, are prevalent." <br /> <br />This is the area being requested to be removed from the inventory of Goal 5. <br /> <br />1 <br />Request: After noting that NO Tier One criteria have been met, and that consistent with <br />Tier Two, criteria one, it is requested that the upper portions ofE37 Ql that affect Tax <br />Lot Prop 101, TeA 00400, Map 1803 162000909 (4084 Spring Knoll Dr) be removed <br />from the Goal 5 inventory list. <br /> <br />~~ submitted, <br />~~in,M.D. <br /> <br />Lori E.
