5 <br />where the primary purpose is to increase or maintain pilot or crew member proficiency. <br />Flight Training also includes simulator training for pilot or crew proficiency. <br /> <br />jj. Flying Club means a non-profit or not-for-profit Entity organized for the express purpose <br />of providing its members with aircraft for personal use only. <br /> <br />kk. Fueler means a FBO that is permitted to store, handle, and dispense fuel to the public at <br />large or the Airport. <br /> <br />ll. Ground Support Equipment Maintenance means the Commercial Aeronautical Activity <br />of fueling, maintaining, servicing, and repairing service and maintenance equipment used <br />at the Airport to support Aeronautical Activities. <br /> <br />mm. Ground Transportation Permit A permit authorizing commercial ground transportation <br />vehicles to pick up Airport customers at the Airport. <br /> <br />nn. Ground Vehicle is a non-aircraft self-propelled vehicle including, but not limited to, <br />automobiles, trucks, vans, mobile fueling and refueling vehicles, aircraft tugs, belt loaders, <br />"Follow Me" golf carts, ATVs, and any other motorized vehicle that is used for the <br />processing and/or servicing of Aircraft. <br /> <br />oo. Jet Fuel means aviation fuel intended for use in turbine Aircraft. <br /> <br />pp. Lease means an agreement between the City and another party which grants a <br />concession, occupancy of a space, or otherwise authorizes the use of land or building <br />space to conduct specified activities. <br /> <br />qq. Lease Premises means City-owned property made available to Tenant pursuant to an <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />rr. License means an alternative form of contractual Agreement between the City and another <br />party that grants the party a right to provide services or goods on the Airport for a specified <br />period of time for a fee. <br /> <br />ss. Minimum Standards means the qualifications set forth in Subdivision III hereof, which <br />sets forth the minimum requirements to be met as a condition for the right to conduct a <br />Commercial Aeronautical Activity at the Airport. <br /> <br />tt. MOGAS means automotive gasoline approved for use in piston Aircraft. <br /> <br />uu. Movement Area means the runways, taxiways, and other areas of the Airport which are <br />used for taxiing, air taxiing, takeoff, and landing of aircraft, exclusive of loading ramps and <br />Aircraft parking areas. <br /> <br />vv. Non-Aeronautical Activity means any activity that does not involve, make possible or is <br />required for the operation of Aircraft or that contributes to or is required for the safety of <br />such operations. <br /> <br />ww. Non-Commercial Aeronautical Activity means the use of the Lease Premises that does <br />not include the sale, exchange, trading, buying, merchandising, hiring, marketing, <br />promotion, or selling of commodities, goods, services, or products, or any revenue- <br />producing activity made available to the public in connection with Commercial Aeronautical <br />Activities. <br /> <br />xx. Permit means a written document issued by the City for the conduct of Aeronautical <br />Activities and/or Non-Aeronautical Activities at the Airport where the permittee has not <br />entered into a valid lease agreement with the airport for the leasing of airport premises to <br />support the permitted function(s).
