20 <br />premises cleaned with the cost plus any applicable administrative fee per the current <br />Airport schedule of rates, fees and charges being due and payable from the Tenant. <br /> <br />c. No Person shall cause debris to be left within the AOA in such manner as may pose a risk <br />to Persons or to the operation of Aircraft. All Persons with access to the AOA shall keep <br />the same clear of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) by collecting and disposing of debris in <br />covered containers to prevent potential engine intake or damage to Aircraft. <br /> <br />III. Animals <br /> <br />a. Animals are prohibited in the Terminal, except service animals in compliance with FAA <br />guidelines, animals in transit, and animals used in law enforcement. Animals permitted to <br />be in the Terminal must be restrained by a leash, harness, or other similar means of control. <br /> <br />b. No Person shall enter the AOA with an animal unless the animal is restrained by a leash, <br />harness or container at all times, except that supervised animals used in law enforcement, <br />search and rescue, and wildlife management may be permitted in the AOA without actual <br />physical control. Owners of animals shall immediately collect and properly dispose of their <br />animal 's solid waste. <br /> <br />c. The Airport Director may designate one or more pet relief areas in the immediate vicinity <br />of the Terminal and, if so designated, all Persons shall abide by the designation. <br /> <br />d. No Person shall feed or encourage the congregation of birds or other animals on the <br />Airport. <br /> <br />IV. Firearms and Explosive Devices <br /> <br />a. Firearms are prohibited at the Airport unless authorized under the State of Oregon law and <br />ordinances, rules, and regulation of the City. - <br /> <br />b. Passengers cannot enter the passenger screening area with a firearm or other item <br />prohibited by the TSA. Police and other duly authorized law enforcement officers may <br />detain any Person violating this provision for questioning, confiscate the firearm or <br />prohibited item, allow the Person to voluntarily withdraw from screening, or allow the <br />Person to check or ship the firearm or prohibited item. These actions may be in addition to <br />any civil penalties imposed by law enforcement or TSA for the same conduct. <br /> <br />c. Persons at the airport cannot possess any explosive device or any hoax device. This <br />restriction on explosives does not apply to individuals engaged in wildlife management in <br />accordance with a wildlife hazard management plan or as authorized by the Airport <br />Director. This restriction also does not apply to the possession and use of explosive <br />devices in connection with the design, manufacture, repair, refurbishment, or operation of <br />Aircraft. For purposes of these Rules and Standards, a hoax device includes any object <br />that could cause a Person to reasonably believe that the object is or contains an explosive <br />device. <br /> <br />V. Hunting <br /> <br />Persons cannot hunt, pursue, trip, catch, injure, or kill any animal at the Airport. This restriction <br />does not apply to individuals engaged in wildlife management in accordance with a wildlife hazard <br />management plan, or as authorized by the Airport Director. <br /> <br />VI. Vandalism and Damage to Airport Property <br /> <br />Persons cannot destroy, injure, damage, or deface in any way public property located on the <br />Airport. Any Person causing or liable for damage of any nature shall report such damage to the <br />office of the Airport Director and, upon demand by such office, must reimburse the City for the full
