Please look It over <br />and let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to discuss any concerns about the plan's recommendations. <br /> <br />This planning process has been going on since Summer 2002. We have conducted an extensive pUblic Involvement effort to <br />obtain input from a wide cross-section of Eugene residents. We administered a community-wide survey, held 8 public forums, <br />several focus groups, and one-on-one interviews and conducted an extensive speakers bureau process.
