In future notifications we will work to make sure that we've included folks outside of the UGB with a vested interest in the plan. 2. I believe we have a strategy that describes a land acquisition process that strongly emphasizes working with willing sellers as a preference, and can work to make this language more evident in the plan. 3. Unfortunately, we did not have the fundIng to address the various ways that private recreation providers are contributing to recreation for area residents, but we do recognize this value. Please indicate what you feel would be a good way to acknowledge the RiverRidge course, and possibly other golf courses, without making it look like we are assuming any authority over your facility. 4.
