Are there other non- <br />regulatory expectations held by the City? <br /> <br />3. Utilities <br />Ensure (water, gas, sewer) can be delivered to the site. McKenzie-WilIamette <br />Medical Center seeks fiber optic, telecommunications, electrical and cable TV (all <br />buried) at the site. <br /> <br />4. Transportation Improvements <br />Ensure transportation improvements necessary to support our proposed <br />development. We understand the property to be served by a county road. <br />McKenzie-WiIlamette Medical Center seeks a minimum of three curb cuts or <br />access points to the property from Delta Highway, improvement of the existing <br />roadway to four lanes including turn lanes, and addition of traffic signals to <br />facilitate emergency vehicle traffic. We also seek installation of appropriate street <br />lights, covered bus stops, landscaping and irrigation. <br /> <br />5. Fees and Charges <br />Facilitate filing and processing of all applicable land use, building pennit, and <br />systems development charges. Please identify any of these reviews, fees or <br />timelines the City is prepared to absorb or expedite to facilitate its goal of <br />hospital development. <br /> <br />We would like to receive this information from you no later than Monday, November <br />21st. Our goal is to clarify roles, responsibilities and expectations. Please let us know if <br />you have questions or need additional information.
