Y <br />applicable statewide planning goals. <br />NDW THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Based on the above lYndings, and the bndings set forth in Exh~~it B hereto, <br />which are incorporated herein, and subject to the limitations hereinafter set forth in Section <br />2, the Goals and Policies set forth in Chapter Z of the Comprehensive Stormwater <br />Management Plan attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are <br />hereby adopted as a rehinement of the Eugene-Springbeld Metropolitan Area General Plan <br />far the area within the corporate limits of the City of Eugene. <br />Section 2.
