X. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1152 dated April 8, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199 .490( 1)( c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 24, 1999. Tax Lot 5600, Assessor's Map 17-04-11-14, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of Dibblee Lane, east of Dalewood Street and south of Grizzly Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit X attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Bardwell, C ED 99-25) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Y. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1153 dated June 3,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19, 1999. Tax Lot 700, Assessor's Map 16-04-35-30, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road and south of Beacon D11ve, and more particularly described on Exhibit Y attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (1. Thompson, C EU 99-34) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. Z. The Lane County Local Govemment Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1154 dated June 3,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following descrihed real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19,1999. Tax Lot 500, Assessor's Map 17-04-13-21, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of Ross Lane, south 0 fBelt1ine Road and north of River Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit Z attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Houston, C ED 99-35) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. AA.
