Tax Lot 4900, Assessor's Map 17-04-02-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, south of Irvington Drive, north of Anchor Avenue and west of Dahlia Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit AA attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (M. Thompson, C ED 99-36) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. BB. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1156 dated June 3,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1 )(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective July 19, 1999. Tax Lot 4000, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-30, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, south of Hunsaker Lane, east of Ware Lane and north of Helen Court, and more particularly described on Exhibit BB attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Kallas, C EU 99-37) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. CC. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1164 dated August 5, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 20, 1999. Tax Lot 4400 and 4500, Assessor's Map 16-04-35-34, located in the Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road and south of Beacon Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit CC attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Beat/Future B Homes, C ED 99-55) That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from that District and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the District so withdrawn. DD. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Final Order No. 1166 dated August 5,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.490(1)(c), the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective September 20,1999.
