13, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective February 26,1999. Tax Lot 4101 and 4200, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-24, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, northeast of the Northwest Expressway, south of Park Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Zorn, EC ED 99-12) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. C. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated May 18,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 12, 1999. Tax Lot 7100, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-33, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Knoop Lane, west of Mayfair Street, north of Merrill Court, and more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Yates, EC ED 99-26) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. D. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 9, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 13, 1999. Tax Lot 5200, Assessor's Map 17-04-25-21, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Crocker Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Adams, EC ED 99-27) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. E. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 10, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 26, 1999.
