Tax Lot 8401, 8600, 8700, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-12, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Horn Lane, west of Fairway Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit E attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Freuler, EC ED 99-28) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. F. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 24,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 4, 1999. Tax Lot 5100, Assessor's Map 17-04-25-21, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of Crocker Lane, and more particularly described on Exhibit F attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Davis EC ED 99-30) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. G. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 25, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 10, 1999. Tax Lot 200, Assessor's Map 17-04-15-10, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Bushnell Lane, east ofthe Northwest Expressway, and more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (C & G Development, EC EU 99-33) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. H. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 29, 1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 1, 1999.
