(Block Development, EC ED 99-43) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. I. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated June 29,1999, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective June 14, 1999. Tax Lot 7400 and 7401, Assessor's Map 17-04-25-21, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, south ofBraircliff Avenue, north of Holeman Avenue, and more particularly described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
