Such conditions may include, but are .not 1 i mi ted to, <br />topography or the existence of natural resource areas such as <br />wetlands , ponds , streams , channels , rivers , 1 akes or up1 and wi 1 dl i fe <br />habitat area , or a resource on the National Wetland inventory or <br />under protection by state or federal 1 aw; <br />fib} Bui 1dings or other existing development on adjacent <br />1 ands , including previously subdivided but vacant 1 ats or parcels , <br />physically precl ude a connecti on now or i n the future, considering <br />the potential for redevelopment ; or <br />~ c 7 Where an existing public street or streets terminating <br />at the boundary of the development site have a bl ock 1 ength <br />exceeding 600 feet, or are situated such that the extension of the <br />street ~ s ~ into the development site would create a bl ock 1 ength <br />Ordinance - 14 <br />
