The planning director shall require public accessways from cul- <br />de-sacs where necessary to provide safe, convenient, and direct circulation for <br />pedestrians and bicyclists. <br />(9) Transit Facilities. <br />(a) The planning director may require provisions, including <br />easements, for transit facilities where future transit routes are <br />required on streets extending through or adjacent to the area of the <br />subdivision, and where a need for bus stops, bus pullouts or other <br />ordinance - l3 <br />
