Disperse motor traffic from planned unit <br />developments onto more than one public local street when: <br />(1)the planned unit development exceeds 19 lots (or units): or <br />(2) the sum of proposed planned unit development lots (or <br />units) and the existing lots (or units) utilizing a public <br />local street would exceed 19 lots (or units), and that public <br />local street is the single means of ingress and egress; unless <br />a finding i s made that i t i s not feasible due to physical <br />constraints, such as topography, the previous layout of the <br />surrounding area, or similar constraints. <br />5 . Be i n comps i once with the street connectivity <br />standards of section 9.045. If the application of thi s <br />subparagraph ~c}5. and ~c}3, to a development proposal results <br />i n a confl i ct, the more restrictive provision shal 1 control . <br />~ j } There wi 11 be adequate provision of public pedestrian <br />and bicycle connections to and from nearby and adjacent resi dents a1 <br />areas , transit stops , neighborhood activity centers , commercial <br />areas and office and industrial parks . At a mi ni mum, "nearby" i s <br />interpreted to mean uses within 114 mile which can reasonably be <br />expected to be used by pedestrians , and uses within one to two mi 1 es <br />which can reasanabl y be expected to be used by bicyclists . <br />Section 22.
