Upon registration, a new registered Series 2000 Bond or Series 2000 Bonds, of the same series and maturity and in the same aggregate principal amount, shall be issued to the transferee as provided in the Master Resolution, The Registrar and the City may treat the person in whose name this Series 2000 Bond is registered as its absolute Owner for all purposes, as provided in the Master Resolution, The Series 2000 Owner may exchange or transfer this Series 2000 Bond only by surrendering it, together with a written instrument of exchange or transfer which is satisfactory to the Registrar and duly executed by the registered Owner or their duly authorized attorney, at the principal corporate trust office of the Registrar in the manner and subject to the conditions set forth in the Series 2000 Bond Master Resolution.
