(NEDCO, EC EU 00-42) That property is contained in and is a part ofthe River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. Tax Lot 2500, Assessor's Map 17-04-13-32, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, north of Howard Avenue, east of Evergreen Drive, and more particularly described on Exhibit G attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. (Zwang, EC EU 00-45) That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road Park and Recreation District. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated January 12,2001, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective December 27,2000. Tax Lots 3700,3902 and 4003, Assessor's Map 17-04-23-24, located in the River Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, south of North Park Avenue, north of the Northwest Expressway, west of Milo Way, and more particularly described on Exhibit H attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
