<br />Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those <br />Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. <br /> <br />I. Annexation Petition for the following described real property was reviewed and is <br />expected to be approved by the Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission before <br />February 12,2001. <br /> <br />Tax Lot 1800, Assessor's Map 17-04-13-32, located in the River <br />Road region of north Eugene, west of River Road, east of Evergreen <br />Drive, north of Rosewood Avenue, and more particularly described <br />on Exhibit I attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(Bosley, EC ED 01-03) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road <br />Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those <br />Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. <br /> <br />J. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated May <br />17,2000, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real <br />property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective May 17,2000. <br /> <br />Tax Lots 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, Assessor's Map 17-04-24-31, <br />located in the River Road region of north Eugene, east of River Road, <br />south of McClure Lane, north of Stults Avenue, and more particularly <br />described on Exhibit J attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. (Hammer, EC EU 00-06) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the River Road Water District and River Road <br />Park and Recreation District. The City desires that the property so annexed be withdrawn from those <br />Districts and that the City assume proportionate liability for the part of the Districts so withdrawn. <br /> <br />K. The Lane County Local Government Boundary Commission by its Notice dated April <br />11,2000, advised that pursuant to ORS 199.466 and ORS 199.519, the following described real <br />property was annexed to the City of Eugene, effective April 3, 2000. <br /> <br />Tax Lot 3434, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, and a portion of Tax <br />Lots 3427 and 3433, Assessor's Map 17-04-12-20, located in the <br />Santa Clara region of north Eugene, east of River Road, north of <br />Banton Avenue, south of Dibblee Lane, and more particularly <br />described on Exhibit K attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. (Hammitt, EC ED 00-15) <br /> <br />That property is contained in and is a part of the Santa Clara Water District. The City desires <br /> <br />Resolution - 4 <br />
