The proposed amendments fisted above which maintain consistency with other <br />proposed changes respond to changes in local public policy and thus are also <br />consistent with this criterion. <br />Summary Conclusions: <br />Each of the proposed amendments meet the criteria under Eugene Code sections 9.145(2)(a) and <br />(2)(b) and one or more of the criteria for approval of a refinement plan amendment as set forth in <br />Eugene Code section 9.145(2)(c).
