The proposed Metro Plan amendment and zone
change affect 9.1 acres to accommodate a safer and more efficient operation of the existing air
cargo facilities with an expansion to accommodate a relocation of those facilities. The air cargo
facility expansion will involve the relocation and consolidation of existing air cargo activities,
possibly the construction of a building to facilitate operations, and separation of air cargo
activities from corporate het activity, to improve operational characteristics.
