Lane County has developed the <br />Commercial Airport Safety zone district, which applies to this property. <br />Policy 16, Page III-F-7: The City of Eugene should purchase privately owned land which: (a) is <br />necessary for airport improvement or (b) would otherwise have no reasonable use to the owner <br />because of controls placed on the land necessary to protect the airport and its operations for <br />purposes of public safety. <br />Exhibit C, Findings -15 <br />
