Section 2. The herein above-described public easement for bike path purposes is hereby <br />f <br />vacated, and the easement so vacated sha11 revert to private ownership pursuant to Oregon Revised <br />Statutes, sub j ect to the retained public emergency vehicle access easement. <br />Section 3.
