On June 14,1999, the Eugene City Council held a public hearing on the Planning <br />Commission recommendation and is now ready to take action, <br />Naw, therefore, based on the above findings, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The definition for r`Metro Plan amendment home city" in Section 9.015 of the <br />Eugene Code, 19? 1, is amended to provide: <br />9.x15 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the <br />following words and phrases mean: <br />Metro Plan amendment home ci ,The City of Springfield shall be the home <br />city for all site specific type I and type II Metro Plan amendments east of Interstate <br />5. The City of Eugene shall be the home city for all site specific type I and type II <br />Metro Plan amendments west of Interstate 5. The applicability of Name city shall <br />have no basis with respect to non-site specific type I Metro Plan amendments. <br />Section Z.
