<br />Mr. Handy said Ms. Damron had strong feelings about representing the group at the table. <br /> <br />Mr. Hilt asked if Ms. Damron would be representing the whole group and not just the RRCO. Mr. <br />Hoobyar affirmed that she would. <br /> <br />Mr. Hill opined that costs for re-engineering the project should come out of Risk Management. He <br />asked for a response to this. <br /> <br />Ms. Vaughn asked about the minority report. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoobyar stated that he did not see a strong desire on the part of group members for a minority <br />report. He indicated that he would try to provide the summary report in the nexi week or two. <br /> <br />Ms. Cahill noted that staff had agreed to attend the community organization meetings to "close the <br />loop.
