Speed, Pedestrians, Traffic Safety. <br /> <br />Q: Will this design be used for Horn Lane Improvements? <br />A: Horn Lane is a neighborhood collector and River Avenue is a major collector, the standards <br />are different for the different type of street classifications. <br /> <br />PedJBike crossing @ PO needs to be raised due to safety concerns <br /> <br />Center turn lane needs to be broken up visually with median plantings <br />
