<br />1.1 The amount of the change directive does not exceed $100,000; <br /> <br />1.2 The project remains within the budgetary contingency for the contract or <br />proj ect; and <br /> <br />1.3 The change directive shall be in compliance with and subject to the <br />limitations set forth in the Public Contract Administrative Rules. <br /> <br />2.
