The withdrawal of the annexed territory from the <br />Districts is consistent with the fundamental principles and <br />applicable policies of the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan <br />Area General Plan, and other adopted City policies, and it is <br />in the best interest of the City that the territory be <br />withdrawn. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The territory in Lane County, oregon, annexed <br />to the City of Eugene on September 25, 1989, as bounded and <br />described as follows; <br />A parcel of land located in the River Road <br />region of North Eugene, East of River Road <br />and Stephens Drive, West of the Willamette <br />River, T17S, R4W, 524, Map 40, Parcel <br />2300, as more particularly described on <br />Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference <br />Marshall, EC EU 89--19} . <br />is hereby withdrawn from the River Road Water District and <br />River Road Parks and Recreation District, effective July 1, <br />1990. <br />Section 2.
